Italian sub dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced salami
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to incorporate the flavors.
  3. Fold in chopped black olives, diced red and green bell peppers, diced red onion, diced pepperoni, diced salami, and diced ham.
  4. Gently stir in shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded provolone cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with your favorite bread or crackers.
