I’ve been baking bread in my airfryer

I’ve been baking bread in my airfryer. Haven’t bought bread in months! This is so cheap and easy.

This recipe makes a small loaf about 10cm in diameter:

3/4 tsp instant yeast

3/4 tsp sugar

1/3 cup of room temp-warm water.

Mix everything. Let the yeast activate. About 10 mins. You’ll know it’s good when it starts bubbling.

Then pour into mixing bowl. Add:

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 cup of all purpose floor

Mix everything until it becomes a ball that doesn’t stick to the bowl. I usually use a teaspoon to do the mixing so my hands don’t get dirty – it’s that easy.

Set it in the mixing bowl and cover bowl with a towel

Rest for 2 hours. It should double in size.

Pry it out and put it in your bread pan. I use a little metal mixing bowl that fits nicely in my AF, so my dough goes in there. I normally line my mixing bowl with baking paper so the bread can be removed easily after its baked.

Again, cover with towel. Rest for 1 hour.

After that, put in AF. 160c for 25 mins.

There you have your bread!
