I seem to be getting a lot of comments asking did I cover it in cheese. Yes! A whole bunch of mozzarella, and I also poured the sauce all over it before placing it in the oven. sorry for not specifying that below!
Found this and had to share with everyone because it was AMAZING! It’s lasagna but with chicken and Alfredo sauce. I pressure cooked my 2 chicken breasts and shredded it up. Season the chicken to your liking, that’s what I did. And then you will boil lasagna noodles. My pan took 12 noodles, so I didn’t end up needing a whole box . And I made my OWN Alfredo sauce with two sticks of butter, measured out some minced garlic with my heart, 4 cups of heavy cream, and then sprinkled Parmesan cheese to my desire to make the sauce. Then when you go to make your little roll ups, put some chicken, cheese, and fold it up. Put it in the oven til the cheese gets melted, then broil til brown on top. I used 400 to melt the cheese about 15 minutes and 375 to broil for about 5-7. Tasted
