I made tater tot casserole.

Tater tots

Shredded cheese

Ground beef

Onion

Worcestershire sauce

Half and half

Cream of chicken or mushroom (or whatever flavor “cream of” soup).

Corn

Flour

Butter

Salt

Pepper

Brown ground beef. Drain most (not all) of grease. Add a tbsp of butter. Add chopped onion. Sprinkle a bit of flour over meat and leftover grease/butter and stir until absorbed. Cook on low for a couple of minutes. Season meat mixture with salt/pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and half and half and cream soup. Mix. Place in buttered dish. Pre bake tater tots until crispy. Then top meat mixture with corn, taters tots and shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
