Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to incorporate the flavors.
- Fold in chopped black olives, diced red and green bell peppers, diced red onion, diced pepperoni, diced salami, and diced ham.
- Gently stir in shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded provolone cheese until evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
