One of my kids’ favorite dinners! Cheap and sooo easy (not necessarily “healthy”).
Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt/pepper
Bacon
Minced garlic (I use the kind in the jar to make it easy)
Brown sugar
Prep chicken with a little salt/pepper. Then wrap each piece with bacon and place in crockpot. Once all wrapped and in crockpot, throw a little minced garlic on top. Not a lot. Maybe a tablespoon total (jarred version). Then take a handfull of brown sugar and sprinkle over the top. Cook on low until it shreds. The bacon will shred in with the chicken. We serve with Sweet Hawaiian rolls (like sliders) and any sides of choice. My kids are 5, 10, and 11 and all love it. Makes great leftovers as well!
