One Pan Beef & Gravy Potatoes Au Gratin
2lbs ground beef $4.79 (had one at home)
2 brown gravy packets $.99/each
1 can green beans $.95
1/2 white onion $.79
1 spoonful of minced garlic $0.00 (had at home)
4-5 Russet potatoes $2.99
Brown ground beef , garlic and onion. Drain. Place back into pan. Add corn and green beans. Make brown gravy according to package. Pour brown gravy over meat mixture and stir until combined. Slice potatoes thin (I used my mandolin). Layer potatoes over meat mixture. Add layer of shredded cheese and repeat 1x. Bake on 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
