Philly cheese steak egg rolls
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 green pepper-diced
1 yellow onion – diced
Egg roll wraps
Brown ground beef with diced peppers and onion
Drain
Add salt and pepper to taste ( I also put some A1 sauce on mine)
Use half slice cheese for each wrap
Spoon enough to cover cheese
Wrap (easier to wrap all at once, then fry)
Fry (stay close, your only really cooking the wraps)
