Wet Ingredients:
1 cup of cold unsalted butter
1 2/3 cups of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups APF
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt.
Cream together your butter, sugar , eggs, vanilla in a large bowl.
Once creamed together add in your dry ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 11 mins
Cheesecake Filing:
2 blocks of room temp cream cheese
2 1/2 cups of powered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Glaze:
Diced strawberries
And Marzettis Strawberrry glaze ( can be found at walmart )
